What we run

Three processes. Whatever the job calls for.

Different metals and different situations need different tools. Being proficient in all three means the process gets picked to suit your job — not to suit the only machine on the truck.

TIG

Precision & thin material

Clean, controlled welds for stainless, aluminum, and delicate repairs where appearance matters as much as strength — right down to brass fixtures.

MIG

Production & fabrication

Fast, strong, and efficient for fabrication work and heavier assemblies — including dual-shield flux core for structural fillet welds to spec.

STICK

Field & heavy repair

The workhorse for dirty, rusty, outdoor steel. Wind, weather, and less-than-perfect material don't stop a stick weld.

What we do

Fabrication, repair, and everything between.

From a snapped bracket to a custom piece built from a sketch on a napkin — if it's metal, bring it to us.

Hardfacing weld bead applied to an excavator bucket edge

Heavy equipment repair

Buckets, attachments, frames, and structural repairs — built to go back to work, not back to the shop.

Finished aluminum trailer ramp with expanded metal decking

Trailers & ramps

Trailer repairs, bracing, re-decking, and aluminum ramp work that holds up under real loads.

Custom metal BRICKHOUSE lettering mounted on a wall

Custom fabrication

Signage, racks, railings, and one-off pieces cut, formed, and welded to your dimensions.

Metal repairs

Broken, cracked, or worn-out metal brought back to service — including delicate pieces most shops turn away.

Mobile service

The truck is the shop.

Some jobs can't be loaded onto a trailer. A cracked bucket on a dirt pad, a gate that won't come off its posts, a dock at the water's edge — that work has to happen where it sits.

Our service truck carries the machines, gas, and consumables to run stick, MIG, and TIG in the field. You get the same weld quality on a job site that you would on a shop bench.

  • On-site repairs at job sites, farms, and shops
  • Heavy equipment welded where it stands
  • Fully licensed and insured for site work
  • Shop work welcome too — drop it off or bring it by

The welder

Owned and operated by Austin Thrane.

All Out Welding LLC is a one-welder operation — which means the person who quotes your job is the person who welds it, and the person whose name is on it.

The work runs from structural fillet welds to manufacturer specification, to CNC plasma cut artwork, to aluminum boat plates for a customer who wanted to mount his own rod holders. Different jobs, same standard.
